Breathing is the most natural thing we do and yet, we forget sometimes.

In this teambuilding, we invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your breath to presence, balance, and inner calm.

This workshop is a relaxing journey where meditation, gentle yoga, and conscious breathwork come together. Step out of the mind, release tension that's stored in the body, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. You'll learn breathing tools you can take into daily life whenever you need to return to yourself.

To complete the experience, you can enjoy natural, homemade snacks and healthy drinks — a moment to ground, share, and fully integrate the practice.

You’ll leave feeling lighter and more connected.

What to expect?

During this workshop, you will be guided through:

  • A grounding meditation to arrive fully in the body and the present moment
  • A slow, intuitive yoga flow to open the body and create space for the breath
  • Conscious breathwork session to calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and restore energy

Moments of stillness and integration, allowing the effects of the breath to settle deeply.
