Workshop

Himalayan Soundbath

On Sunday, 15 March, you can join us for a deeply immersive Soundbath experience with Sonne Soundhealing. This moment will slow you down, soften your body, and make you explore the transformative power of sound. A space to release tension, open your nervouw system, and return home to your won inner stillness.

Through a tapestry of harmonic vibrations, we’ll create a supportive container where you can gently drop into presence, tune into your breath, and let the resonance guide you beneath the surface of the thinking mind into a state of embodied rest.

Himalayan Soundbath

What to expect?

  • A guided meditation to settle in and connect with your breath and body.
  • A rich soundscape woven from singing bowls, gongs, voice, chimes, and other instruments.
  • A deeply restorative sonic field that supports nervous system reset and emotional release.
  • Moments of stillness to integrate the experience and come back with clarity.

This session is open to all backgrounds and levels of experience — whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned listener.

You’ll receive an info & consent form upon registration.

Himalayan Soundbath

Hendrike Scharmann

Her practice called Sonne Soundhealing, sound healer, musician and vocal guide. With over ten years of experience in working with sound, voice and the nervous system, her approach weaves together ancient sound traditions and embodied awareness.

Originally trained as a classical and jazz violinist, Hendrike’s relationship with sound shifted through long periods of travel and immersion, particularly in India and the Himalayan region. Music moved from something to understand or perform into a lived, meditative experience. A way of deep listening, sensing and tuning the body from within.

Her work today is rooted in the understanding that sound is not something external, it is a frequency we can consciously step into and inhabit. Through the voice, singing bowls, gong and other instruments, she creates spacious sound journeys that support regulation, release and connection. Inviting a slow return from the mind into the body.
