What to expect?
- Phase 1: Downregulation – We begin with guided meditation to calm the mental noise and prepare your nervous system for deep receptivity.
- Phase 2: Breath Activation – Using specific breathing patterns, we shift your internal chemistry to release stored tension and activate a higher state of consciousness.
- Phase 3: Sound Integration – You will be immersed in a high-frequency landscape of crystal bowls and therapeutic sounds, allowing the insights from the breath to settle deep into your cells.
This is for you if:
- System Overload: You feel overstimulated and are looking for a profound way to recalibrate your nervous system.
- Embodied Connection: You want to move out of your head and reconnect with your body through breath and frequency.
- Curious Minds: You are interested in the science of sound and how vibration can expand your state of consciousness.
- Active Transformation: You aren’t just looking for rest, but for a deep somatic shift and mental breakthrough.
120 minutes pure relaxation.
Just like a traditional therapy session, meditative sound healing can help you process emotions, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
Important to dress warm and bring an extra blanket if you are sensible to the cold.

With a background in Acupressure, Yoga, and Cognitive & Somatic Therapies, she has dedicated her practice to bridging the gap between ancient resonance and modern neuroscience.
As a musician and Frequency Designer, Charlotte crafts immersive soundscapes using the Handpan, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Gong. Her work is inspired by quantum physics and the belief that the body is a resonant instrument that can be recalibrated through intentional vibration.
With a unique blueprint that combines meditative focus, breathwork, and psycho-acoustic frequencies, Charlotte guides participants beyond the surface of relaxation into a state of somatic realignment.
