Course

Wednesday evening Yang Yoga

This class begins with a calming body scan to tune in and softly ground your mind and body, followed by pranayama -  conscious breathing techniques that calm your nervous system down, make energy flow, and deepen the mind-body connection. Gradually, we increase the intensity.
The class evolves with a yang-inspired yoga flow: a continuation of asanas as active, grounding, and heat-building movements. Ultimately, we take time to slow down, soften, and integrate through passive and gentle asanas.

Who is this class for?
Everybody with a body can join this class, regardless of your yoga experience.

Wednesday evening Yang Yoga

Anke Pari

Brussels is one of her greatest loves. Her passion for massage therapy, bodywork, psychology, and yoga drives her to follow her ambitions with love and devotion.

While her racing mind, worries and physical discomfort (used to) distract her, yoga offered her stability. For over 10 years the physical and spiritual yoga practice has brought her balance and added great benefits in her daily life. While becoming more connected to herself, Anke found her purpose in guiding other people to find inner gentleness and strength.

The strength of yoga lies in the way you step onto the mat and how you allow it to transform you. She tries to make you explore your own limits while remaining gentle and caring for yourself. She is happy to guide you through your own process, with great love and care.
