Krisztina Zálnoky

Yoga has been a guiding light for her through life’s highs and lows. Since stepping onto the mat in 2018, it has become her compass, quietly guiding me towards greater calm, presence and awareness.

In her teaching, she holds a safe and supportive space where students are invited to connect with themselves and are gently supported to weave the wisdom of yoga into the rhythm of their everyday lives.

She primarily teach vinyasa-style classes and regularly guide yoga workshops exploring themes such as intention setting and seasonal resets.
